/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting, comes as Organic Ginger. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge and dense white head. Citric ginger aroma. Flavour is citric, medium sweet and with a solid ginger flavour. Acidic finish with a lingering ginger spice note. Ends dry with a light bite in the far finish. Nice balance between citric and ginger notes. Best ginger based brew I’ve had.
Bottle. BBE Aug 2011; Drank June 2011 - Fairly aggressively effervescent despite resting for 6 months; gusher = lost fifth of bottle. Yeasty; some fine floaties and sediment. Cloudy Orange in colour when poured. Very Strong Ginger aroma and taste. Ginger, ginger, then more ginger. Spicy; ginger and peppery. Sweet ginger malty throughout. Dry finish. Very drinkable, but I do like ginger. (2011-06-13)

Bottle @ Croydonia. The pour’s amber with a small head. The nose is strong ginger. Some cookie dough. Peppery spice. The taste is similar. Fresh, clean ginger. Moderate tart bite. Spicy, some earth. Light sweet finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Great structure, balance. Great for what it is. Theydon_Bois (20165) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUL 26, 2013
Bottle at the Croydonia Tasting, thanks to Leighton, 13/07/13.
Murky orange amber with a thin off white head that clears edgeward and leaves some spotting.
Nose is ginger, sugars, bitter orange, fresh root ginger.
Taste comprises root ginger, orange, syrup, light sugars, touch of caramel.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light bitter notes in the finale.
Decent effort for a ginger enfused SHV. Leighton (21841) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 24, 2013
Bottle at the Croydonia Tasting - East Croydon. Pours light hazy gold with a fine, white cream head. Nice and clean spicy ginger nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with dry ginger, some sweet pale malts, light bitter grass. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, light spicy and dried ginger, some white bread. Nice. Scopey (15268) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 18, 2013
Bottle thanks to Leighton at Croydonia tasting. It pours hazy golden with a thick white head. The nose is earth, toast, wood spicy ginger, pihty orange and tangerine. The taste is ginger, orange, green grape, alcohol, sherbet, old-fashioned lemonade, light sweetness and mild acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty good balance. Decent.

500ml bottle. Filmy orangey golden colour with huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Spicy ginger aroma, cautious fruity, citrusy background. Taste is initially peppery spicy with a ginger note, bitter hoppy overtones, minimally sweet caramel basis, later dry, slightly soapy with intensening ginger, in the finish with a strange root vegetable touch; (too) lively carbonation. Not my cup of tea. johninmelb (1127) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 31, 2013
Bottle from Corks of Cotham. Gentle ginger nose with some broader spiceyness in there as well and a hint of hoppy zest. Pours a hazy, well, ginger colour I guess, with a fluffy beige head. Flavour is balanced and spicy with some sweet malt, some tropical fruit hop, and, of course, plenty of ginger. The ginger doesn’t last long into the finish mind, and it lingers long and fresh. I’d say moreish, but sadly too overcarbed to be addictive. madmitch76 (25101) - , Essex, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2013

Very hazy amber beer, tidy off white head. Smooth palate, a little dry. Mild creamy malt with nice smooth ginger, flavoursome without too much heat. A bare whisper of citrus. Dry crispy finish. A nice ginger beer.
Pours a hazy orange gold with a bit of sediment. First brew of the night and immediately there’s ginger, tea leaves and coriander. Becomes tastier as I go down the glass. Pretty dry slightly bitter finish. Mmm I think I’ll have another one. McWorta (1633) - LUXEMBOURG - FEB 23, 2013
Pours a hazy deep golden coloured pint. Fluffy white head and sediments at the bottom of the glass. Noses of ginger, orange peel. Prickling on the tongue with spicy notes, light fizzy, medium body building from a slick texture to an oily finish with spices lingering on the palate. Pretty good pint.
