c/o Boltz7555 - my 1st New Mexican beer!
Aroma - floral and piney hops, some subdued caramel malt
Appearance - body color is golden; the liquid is clear with the tiniest amount of nucleation; the head is about 2" white with rockiness the head very slowly dissipates and still remains rocky!; there is also a nice dappled foamy lacing! Very sexy!
Taste - there are definite ripping hops West Coast variety, and some type of herb that is very unique that shows up at the end about 2 seconds later. Almost tastes like fresh sage!!! That’s a first! You really need to focus on it.
Palate - body is light to medium; the texture is thin, not near oily at all; the carbonation average; the finish is moderate in length and has this herbaceous sage like note, truly unique a 1st.
Not sure how to feel about the sage like quality in the finish. It’s kind of puzzling. JohnGalt1 (1721) - Boise, Idaho, USA - FEB 19, 2014
12oz can (extra!) received in a recent trade with Bennetj17... Thanks a bunch Bennet!!
Pours clear golden... foamy white head... decent lacing with only okay retention.
Nose picks up pretty big spruce with juicy tropical fruits... no citrus surprisingly, interesting... a bit too much pale maltiness mutes the hops a bit IMO.
Flavor pretty much mirrors the aroma perfectly... very balanced... very drinkable... not the best IPA ever, but certainly crushable.
Thanks again Bennet... I hope you like your beers as much as I am digging mine!! kidobutai (690) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - FEB 13, 2014
Not as good as I expected based on the ratings. The head didn’t last long enough. Nice citrus aroma, a bit too bitter. It comes off as a little flat. mike5326 (1754) - virginia beach, Virginia, USA - FEB 13, 2014
Poured from a can. Cloudy orange color, small white head. Nice sweet Citrus and hops smell. Kind of flat body with a smooth hops flavor and a mildly bitter finish.

Aroma of grapefruit with a cloudy caramel color not much head. A bitter taste of grapefruit rind with a chalky bitter palate.

Good! Mellow. Low bitterness. Enjoying the sweetness. Definitely a go to IPA. Particularly if you like your IPAs on the sweet malt side.

This is a nice orange color new with a woe head of mixed bubbles. It’s a pretty good IPA with an emphasis on pine hops. It’s a little sweet and as it warms, that sweetness brooms out some round citrus notes. It is a bit heavy on the palate for my tastes but otherwise not a bad beer. Wigwam can. Nice, bold IPA. Trends to the resinous, piney side of hops with a good bitterness bite. Not overpowering though. Pretty big for an IPA and not a DIPA. joeworrall (86) - USA - OCT 21, 2013
Poured from a can, it’s cloudy in the glass with very minimal head. Aroma is nice citrus floral, but the taste is more bitter than I like brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 5, 2013
Bottle @ Aaron’s basement. Golden orange pour with a white head. Sweet malt, grapefruit, and orange peel. Some pine and floral hops. Flavor is kind of sweet and bland. A bit of grapefruit, pine, and grass. Bitter finish, bread, and candy.
