Cask at Southampton Arms as Marble Pint. Golden coloured with no head at all. Looks very thin and watery. Not much carbonation either. Bit thin in the mouth. However... aroma is hoppy and a bit fruity. Taste is very nice, maybe slightly salty/savoury and a bit creamy too. Some bitterness. A real lip-smacker after taste. Gets even better the further down the glass you go. Hard to describe why I like it so much, but this was really really nice. thebeermonk (24) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 25, 2011

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Very pale gold. Very soft haze. Thin, spotting, clingy, white head. Nose has twangy lemon. Gooseberry and kiwi and all that pale green stuff. Light and yeasty malt background. Taste is twangy bitter. Some definite sourness going on. Super clean mouthfeel. Light and bright. Sharp, clean bitterness to finish. Great use of NZ hoppage. UPDATED: DEC 21, 2010 Yellow with a small white head. Clean and intense hop aroma with pine and lime, grass and green hops, and a touch of elderflower. Dry and fruity flavour with good hop flavour and a lasting bitter finish with notes of herbs, grass and nettles.tderoeck (9471) - Gent, BELGIUM - DEC 16, 2014
Made an ideal impression at the Boreft Beer Festival as the only sessionable beer in sight, but I had it before that and gave it more or less the same high rating. Golden ale at its best
19/XI/14 - chilled cask @ Stormbird (London) - BB: n/a (2014-1352) McWorta (1627) - LUXEMBOURG - MAR 26, 2016
Clear pale yellow beer, small irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: citrus, dairy touch, bit herbal, metallic. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, grapefruit, pretty bitter, refreshing, some dairy, grains. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, hay, grains, very bitter, bit metallic.
Clear and bright golden with a fluffy white head offering very good lacings. Aromas of toast, biscuity notes develop with a whaff of elderflower and a hunch of floral and white grape notes. Softly carbonated, lightly slick with a medium body. Clean and crisp, well balanced offering a soft sweetness supporting the hop bite in harmony. Short-medium lasting finish. Enjoyed that! sir__v (2618) - FRANCE - JUL 12, 2016
