Clear hazel brown beer, small beige head, unstable, adhesive. Aroma: caramel, fruits, sweet mango, bit sugary. MF: good carbon, full body. Taste: citrus, sweet ripe fruits, ginger, lemony. Aftertaste: a little fruity still, dry bitterness, grassy and herbal, almost minty touch.
No head, faintly veiled orange-ochre beer. More citrussy, fruity hops, bit dough, or rather, spiced dough. Mannah, spiced, fruity hops; dried mustard powder. Slick, and medium to well-bodied. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad, nothing Saison. Ungstrup (37611) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 3, 2012
Bottled. A golden beer. The aroma has notes of yeast, spices, malt, and fresh cut stuble. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, and hops, leading to a bitter finish. yespr (45447) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 3, 2012

Bottle. Dark gold with thin but persistent head. Lovely nose, lychee, melon, caramel, gorgeous. Exotic fruit kind of flavour, with a touch of breadiness and barnyard on the finish. Really nicely balanced fizz. Top notch saison.

Bottle at home. Orange amber, thick bubbly white head. Slightly peppery, citrus, fruity floral, funky caramel nose. Sherbet flavours, caramel malt, barnyard soapy (in a good way) bitter linger. Very nice. Beersiveknown (5284) - NORTHERN IRELAND - JAN 25, 2012

A great end to a day of drinking, matched with a cheeseboard.
Dark amber with a spicy pineapple ester on the nose. Some wheaty spice and a touch of hay on the nose. Fruity hops, some bitterness and a spritzy dry finish
In bottle at the Marble Arch. Pours a golden colour with a lovely thick, pillowy white head. Saison aroma of lemon, white pepper, coriander, fresh cut grass and caramel. Quite bitter with alcohol present but well balanced. Flavours of lemon, white pepper, leather, grass, caramel and yeast. Heavy carbonation and a fair CO2 prickle. Nice and oily also. leaparsons (10546) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 14, 2012
Bottle. Dark amber gold with an off-white foam. Aromas are stewed apple and pear with white grape and yeast. Floral with hints of toffee and banana. Quite agricultural with marzipan alcohol. Woody with toasted malt and trace bubblegum. Flavours are pineapple and spiced oranges with yeast and warming alcohol. Woody with tart lemon and medicinal, herbal notes. Underlying toffee with a spicy finish. Very good.
