Cask at CASK Pub & Kitchen, London during Meet the Brewer on 8th Sept 2010. Gold with thin white foam. Beautiful ale indeed. Chees notes in aroma and exquisite grapefruit hop in-mouth along with a savoury note. Citrus grapefruit in the endtaste that is long-lasting. Rich, full-mouth texture. Very satisfying ale. harrisoni (18583) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 6, 2007
UPDATED: SEP 17, 2010 Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 2007. Gold, bubbly white head. Golden bitter, decent citrus on finish, which turns slightly spicy. Fine. 636312 3.0/5.0. Re-rate Cask handpull Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico. Pale gold, thin white head. Lovely hop aroma. It’s amazing almost perfect. Lovely hop just like lmeon and with a touch of lime. Lovely mouth feel. Good balanced hop finish. Superb. bobinlondon (1295) - Harrow, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 4, 2010
Hand pulled cask at the Bull, Horton Kirby, Kent. Gold with a lively ’fresh on cask’ white head. Marble’s recent rise to excellence must account for the mediochre ratings that precede mine. This beer is absolutely stunning, very similar to their 57 which I tried earlier in the evening, but at a more sensible quaffing strength. Grapefruit, tangerine and pineapple citrus flavours with a delightful resinous mouth feel combine to create a memorable pint.. MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2010
A Mes rate. Cask at the Rake.wyzzywyz22 (2108) - Wirral, Merseyside, ENGLAND - SEP 24, 2010
Almost clean gold with a faint white film. God the condition of the beers in the place has gone downhill. Thankfully, this is a pale, hoppy Marble beer so it’s hard to spoil it really. Typical excellence from Dominic. Bright and full of shining summer sun. Memories of sitting on a hillside on a glorious day looking out over a panoramic vista, not a hint of concrete in sight. Superbly refreshing and dry, beautiful bitterness and just an all round joy. More please.
Cask at the Marble Arch, Manchester. Golden looks with a smallish white head. Juicy fruit and hop abounded in the nose and flavour which both had a real shine to them. Bitterness spot on. Supremely refreshing and glaggable. Just about all you could want in a summer brew. Only a pity we never had much of a summer itself up here in the North West (again).

Had on hand pump. Quite fruity, even for a summer beer--which is by no means bad. Mostly citrus fruits with a strong grapefruit characteristic. Ethereal (2421) - Los Angeles, California, USA - MAY 30, 2011
Cask at the Marble Meet the Brewer event at the CASK, Pimlico, 8th Sept 2010. Clear bright gold looks. Nose of grass and citrus. Medium, very drinkable palate with a very long aftertaste of pink grapefruit. Definitely competing in the same space as Dark Star Hophead. This is all about robust dryness and strong citric flavours. jackl (8071) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 20, 2012
Cask @ The Cock Tavern. Light amber color with no head. The aroma’s very sweet orchard fruits and apricots. The taste is light grassy hop, more sweet peaches and plenty of strawberry fruit salad. Light and refreshing. Zippy hints of lemon. Sweet, but very flavorful. Nice! HogTownHarry (6942) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - AUG 23, 2013
August 13, 2013 - hand-pull cask at Ol Fountain. Slightly hazy light gold with a solid creamy lasting white head. Light aroma On draught at dry grain and lush lightly catty pungent bitterness and light alcohol. Light body and carbonation, longish pungent alpha-bitter grassy finish. Another damned fine beer. kerenmk (4768) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - DEC 14, 2013
Cask at the Marble Arch, Manchester, September 2013. Clear straw with white head. Hoppy crispy, grapefruit aroma. bitter, juicy and fresh with grainy undertones. Full body, delicate hoppy finish.
