Cask at Borefts 2011. Spicy hop aroma, hint of grass and vegetable. Almost clear dark amber colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is sweet with the sourness that often comes with cask ales. Slightly refreshing on the sweet background. Does not taste too alcoholic. fonefan (52351) - VestJylland, DENMARK - OCT 3, 2011

Cask @ BBF 2011. Amber color. Intense aroma of dried fruit. Thoroughly hopped, well noticeable in spite of the malty sweetness and the dried fruit in the flavor. Great balance. Dedollewaitor (16539) - Odense, DENMARK - SEP 27, 2011
