750ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a large head. Aroma is piney hops, grapefruit and pineapple. Lots of grapefruit to start, no sweetness at all. Grapefruit medium bitterness finishes. Lots of carbonation. BrotherLogic (252) - California, USA - JAN 3, 2012
Fast becoming my favourite Marble beer - to me, much better than the De Molen and Handbryggiet versions. Just zings out the bottle with a beautiful clean hop flavour and aroma. Just stunning from start to finish. meerbier (1474) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - SEP 27, 2010

One of the best at the festival. Very dry, maltsweetness almost gone, wonderfully hopped, great session ale.
soapy low but constant head .. . dark honey colour .. . wiffs of honey, hops, resin and dickhead next to me’s cheap dimestore cologne .. . swimming in hops .. . mouthcoating .. . delcious stuff, little balance but big enjoyment .. . nice beer to have in amsterdam when you need your bitter fix .. . you gonna hijack a plane, make sure fishman is aboard..

750 c&c from City Beer in SF. Pours hazy ripe peach with a 3 finger creamy white head. Aroma is floral, with what seems a peach fruit aroma! Med + body. Flavor is florally bitter with some light stone fruit and citrus over somewhat earthy malt. Earthy malt? Must be hop jumping in there. There is malt, but the hops are oh so much more important. Very nice. Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - AUG 16, 2012
Pours a deep hazy orange gold with a two finger eggshell head that sticks to my glass like a champion lacer. Aromas are pretty sticky pine, tangerine and a deep caramel malt presence... is this a English DIPA at 7.2? Wow this is good ! Great floral bitter quality in the mid-palate with a dose of tropical fruit before it bitters out nicely in the finish... touch of raw carrot lingers in the mouth. Great carbonation and malty backbone that is not even close to as sticky as the nose made me think it would be... nice refreshing IPA ! I think this was the first ’foreign’ Vuur & Vlam I drank. Great idea to see what different brewers do with a recipe. This beer was very bitter, with a long finish. Very nice hoppy grapefruit taste. Very good. 77ships (10473) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - FEB 25, 2012
2010 Vintage / 75 cl. bottle split with Belgbeergeek / thx to him: (A) almost clear amber orange IPA colour with a white head – (S) bitter grapefruit & orange + touch floral hops – (T) bitter upfront, very floral bitterness going into slight orange, mandarin, grapefruit, finishing with herbal hops, touch caramel malts – (B) quite drinkable, slightly fizzy, this one has kept up quite well Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 27, 2010
Bottle at 2nd BBF @ De Molen. Slightly buttery aroma, loads of hops all over. Nice version and very fresh. Pine and floral hops take the overhand. Little less good looking though.
