Pale yellow- not straw, yellow- with moderately strong effervescence and a snowy head. Mild sourdough bread and green banana aroma, some bubblegum, and very subtle honey if you think about it real hard. Wheaty, grassy twang with a hint of funk and bitterness. Some peppery notes emerged too late, towards the end of the glass. Light bodied and fairly crisp. Vegetal, green twiggy aftertaste. Uncapping the bottle was the most exciting part.
Bottle in Alamogordo after last QF-4 flight. Lightly sweet but fairly classic wheat ale aroma; you can pick out the honey. Flavor is sweet up front and finishes with light bitterness. Refreshing and enjoyable. User134089 (1644) - - MAY 12, 2016

Have tried to Marble beers before and like them both. This one piqued my interest when I saw that it was “accented with New Mexico Wildflower Honey.” Nice way to start out the night.
Poured a yellow, golden, hazy color with two 1-to-2 fingers of frothy head. Lots of bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass, which I could see through the haze. Below average spotty lacing. Poor retention. (Sight - 3.50)
Smelled coriander, honey, grassy hops, light floral aromas, sourdough bread, hints of lime zest and orange peel. (Smell - 3.50)
Taste was a tad better, getting that wildflower honey, grassy hops, coriander, sourdough bread, corn cereal, grainy floral hops, citrus zest, hints of orange peel and a touch of tart honeydew melon. Some unknown spiciness as well. (Taste - 3.50)
Light body. Thin texture. Average-to-soft carbonation. Abrupt, grainy finish. (Feel - 3.75)
OK for the style, but nothing special. Honey really shines here. Was hoping for more. (Overall - 3.50)

Pours a cloudy gold with a white head. Nose of wheat. Medium plus body, Flavor is kind of classic wheat beer and that is not bad thing. Quite drinkable. Kavu (4730) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 15, 2015

Light pour, hazy with a nice white head. Wheaty aroma with a hind of pepper. Good blend of yeast and grassy hops, not to estery. A bit of pepper. Quite nice, and quite drinkable.
Light hazy yellow thin head. Aromas slight hint of banana, honey, light caramel, flowers and slight lemon. Flavors grass, slight caramel. Medium sweet. Pretty tasty for a simple wheat. BeerdedDave (1685) - Beckley, USA - AUG 14, 2014

Pours hazy golden color, low hop profile with a sweet honey nose, nicely balanced on the palate with gobs of honey nougat flavors. Overall, this is a beer for those who don’t drink beer, but will start drinking beer after tasting this nice summer gem.
Pours hazy golden thin white lacing. Very mild aroma of leathery yeast, honey, floral. Medium sweet taste. Thin body, sticky texture, lively carbonation, light dry bitter finish. Overall a unique wheat ale, not bad overall. CowboyJoe (5) - North Carolina, USA - JUL 7, 2014 does not count
Pours with a slight white frothy head, wheat and grass aroma, fruity esters of banana and clove indicative of the style. Taste matches aroma with a hint of the NM honey used in the brew. Overall delicious.
