brnandersen (3867) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2017
75 cl bottle poured in to a Trappist glass. Hazy amber colour with golden hues and a big, fluffy off-white head. Rich fruity aroma with yeasts, caramel malts, candid sugar, a sweet fruitiness and lingering lightly toasted note. Taste is sweet. Full body with an oily texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with caramel malts and fruity-spicy notes. A wiff of alcohol. Very enjoyable textbook Tripel.

Draft at BEL. Surprisingly dark mostly clear copper with a lasting white head. Aroma is caramel, malty and bready, spicy Belgian yeast. Flavor is malty, caramel and bread, somewhat sweet, pretty nice. Medium plus bodied and smooth feel. Nice, but was inferior side by side with the La Trappe tripel.

Aroma and flavor is Belgian yeast, spritzy, fruit, malts and a spicy/alcoholic finish. Classic Tripel.

Amber color, large white head. Sweet aromas with sugar, peaches, apricot, yeast and slight alcohol. Taste of caramel, peaches, candy sugar, alcohol, raisins and citrus. Sweet and balanced taste. I like it.

vami (455) - Poznan, POLAND - APR 12, 2017
A lot of apricot and peach in the aroma, classic Belgian fruitiness, a bit of alcohol. Taste is a bit like cointreau mixed with characteristic dryness, a bit of bread. Although It has 10% alcohol, it is not upfront. Decent classic beer.

Bottle. Nice orangish colour, fruity and spicy, smooth and relaxing white foam, high alcoholic strength but nevertheless easy draught. Shortly, definitely above average, fine beer !

33 cl bottle purchased @ La caisse de bière. Une grosse déception car cette bière manque d’équilibre.
