Not had this for years. Clear golden with thin white head. Aroma of grass, cardboard, dust, belgian yeast. Smells a little like your run of the mill old man. Flavour is sweet, some citrus, thin and fizzy. A passable blond.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber-honoey colored ale in the tulip. Sticky tight 3 finger white cap with good retention. Moderate carbonation. Aroma is quite pleasant; muskmelon-pear with candi sugar sweetness and a sturdy malt undertone. Peppery carbonation drives a burst of flavor up front, pear cider with a drop of honey balanced perfect with a medicinal bittering from Styrian goldings. The finish goes very dry and carries a bittering note to a crisp clean end. Overall a very pleasant fruity dry Belgian pale ale...drinks well.

Bottle at home. Aroma: Banana, spicy, fruity, slightly metallic, malty, sweetlike, diacetylic. Nice head and clear. A bit tart in taste, ok taste balance. High CO2, medium-high body. An ok belgian ale.

A fruity beer, with a white head. But after a while you realize this is just an ordinary Belgian beer. Nice for the moment, but with so many other fantastic beers it is really no point in drinking this one again.

Bottle. Amber. Moderate head, looks a bit sticky. Aroma or candy sugar, Belgian yeast, mellon and raisin. Flavour is candied mellons and raisins with a bit of bitterness and light yeastiness. Seems straight forward and drinkable.

Bottle. Pours near clear golden with nice off white head with excellent retention and lace. Aroma - light cloves, typical Belgian yeast character, light and grassy with a touch of acetaldehyde. Nice balance of sweetness, complex yeast character, bitterness and grassy hop flavours. Medium-light body, medium carbonation - a near caramel, semi-sweet finish with the yeast character lingering along with a light bitterness.

A really good blonde beer, not exceptional. The aroma doesnt define the taste. For a blonde beer it has a lot of character! The sweet taste in the beginning and the bitter at the end makes you want to take another sip.

Pours clear and golden with a thick white head. Aroma is delicate with a strong smell of yeast and some caramel as well. Great carbonation, almost like champagne. Flavour is light and and dry, a little bready. Not bad but It is a little lack lustre.
