A very nice Belgian Ale. It has a dark yellow color, but not a lot of head. It doesnít have a lot of aroma, but the flavor is great itís both fruity and hoppy. joergen (27982) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 29, 2006

Draught. Reddish amber colour, big foamy head. Aroma of fruits, sourness and hops. Flavour of fruits, hops and sourness. Still kind of (un)pleasantly sweet. This is one of the beers which are not crap, yet I donít like it too much. HArd to say if itís very good or bad.

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Duvel often changes itís versions of the abbeybeer Maredsous. This 6 Iíve had before in an "Amber" and a "Donker" version, but I donít believe those version exist anymore. The labels seem to change just as often. This beer isnít all blonde. More fully golden, bordering on amber with large floating impurities. Impressive and quite a stable head. Very dry and overwhelmingly bitter - not exactly impressive. 040304 omhper (24967) - TyresŲ, SWEDEN - SEP 26, 2003
