Tried this on tap at The Flying Saucer in Addison, TX. A great beer with aromas of spice and dough. Flavor sweet malts and and Belgian yeast. Tasty! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Super dark reddish brown pour from draft at bitter pops. Earthy and some dank fruit flavors. Wood and some malts. Not bad for this style.

330 ml bottle. Pours with a nice brown color and a nice off-white head. Lots of caramel in the nose. Followed by malts and nuts. Nice flavours of caramel, raisins, dried apricot. Some fruity / citurs at finish.

PREZENTACJA: lekko zmętnione, barwy czarnej herbaty z sokiem wiśniowym, bardzo obfita piana opada do wysepki z kołnierzykiem, ścianki oblepione są niezbyt okazałą firanką oraz łzami;
AROMAT: cola, cukier kandyzowany, metal, wiśnia w syropie, karmel, miód gryczany, pomarańcza z brzoskwinia, czekolada, syrop klonowy ;
ODCZUCIE: ciało średnie, bardzo mocno nasycone, lekko rozgrzewa przełyk, delikatnie zakleja;
SMAK: metal, czekoladka z wiśnią, cukier kandyzowany, niska krótka drewniana goryczka, czekoladowy posmak;

meatmanmd (125) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - JUL 9, 2017
Murky brown, weak tan head. Nose is caramel, toasted malts, a little metal. Taste is light sweet, caramel, raisins, plum, some fruity sourness. Body is light, some warm alcohol in the finish. Not bad.

erikaraeb (218) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 29, 2017
A classic go-to Belgian brune. Flavours of raisins, soy sauce, nuts, toast, and caramel. Not as full-bodied as others, but that makes it rather easy-drinking.

Tide (3880) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 18, 2017
Bottle from Beergium. Brown color, beige head. Bitter taste with toffee, malts, nuts, earthy notes, toast and a bit of alcohol. Bitter finish with toffee, malts, nuts, earthy notes, toast and a bit of hops. Good dubbel.

MarcoBasile (412) - DENMARK - JUN 15, 2017
Pours a deep deep amber/brown colored body with a tan creamy, lacing head. Aroma is nutty, roasty, malty, caramel. Some spices and little yeast. Taste is sweet, toasty and malty with a slightly sour, almost citrusy, yeasty note towards the end. Almost a burnt wood/charcoal bitterness with a fruity nuance. It’s a real in-your-face kinda finish. I’m not a fan. Strong bitter ethanol/alcohol presence. Semi aggressive carbonation. Watery to oily mouthfeel.

PietS (265) - Bergen op Zoom, NETHERLANDS - JUN 13, 2017
Sweet, caramel, fruity; roasted malts; nice bitter, especially in the aftertaste. Very well balanced, nice to drink beer. Enjoyed it.

gyllenbock (9156) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 29, 2017
Bottle at Lilla Barkarby. Clear dark amber/brown with a medium head. Aroma of caramel, malt, some yeast and light dried fruit. Similar taste. Quite soft and easy to drink. The finish was sweetish.
