0,5l bottle. Amber color, thick and stable white head. Very fresh aroma of malt, some grassy notes. Taste starts a bit sweet, full of malt, caramel and bread notes. Decent buttery and citral notes complete this well-balanced brew. Very refreshing!

(swing top bottle) Clear, deep golden to amber colour with a thick off-white foamy head. Sweet and slightly toasted (cara-)malty and slightly bready aroma with an aromatic dash of citric and herbal hops. Sweet flavour with a rounded level of bitterness, light to medium bodied with a smooth and well-carbonated mouthfeel. Delicately toasted cara-malty taste with shy hints of bread crusts and noble, subtle fruity hops; moderately dry and bready and slightly nutty finish with herbal hoppy spots. Quaffable and rounded brew. 10.II.10

The bottle looks good. The label is not really exciting, but unique. Orange-brown in the glass, nice head. Starts malty-dry, notes of cinnamon and interesting spices. Finish mild, modest metallically. Good beer!
