UPDATED: FEB 7, 2011 Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a slightly murky amber color with a thin white head that dissipates to a film quickly. Spotty lacing. Hops and bready malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of piney hops and sweet malt. Finishes lightly hoppy with a short pine aftertaste. Slightly above average overall. mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - JAN 18, 2010

Draught at the brewery, 5.7%. It was nice to see something to bridge the gap between the sub-5% Mt Tam and the stronger IPA. Amber gold color with a creamy white head. Medium intensity hoppy aroma with lots of spicy grapefruit and pine. Dry flavor with a bready malt profile, finishing dry and bitter with crisp, piney and grapefruit peel hops. Medium-light bodied with tight carbonation. Nice pale ale. anders37 (26845) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAR 13, 2009
