A - Served a clear golden-yellow color with a finger of frothy white head. The head faded down slowly leaving behind some lacing. S - Aroma is a mix of big farmhouse yeast, hey, pepper, coriander, other spices, lemon peel, and some citrus hops. T - Starts off with a mix of lemon peel, farmhouse yeasts, come citrus hops and some spices. Through the middle, the farmhouse yeast gets stronger with some more spices, some pepper and lemongrass, and a touch of ginger. The finish is a mix of farmhouse yeast esters, lemon peel, spices, and a touch of grains. M - Medium bodied with moderate-plus carbonation. Feels smooth with a citrusy and spicy finish. D - Very drinkable. Nicely balanced farmhouse ale with some good complexity added by the extra spices.

On tap at streets of London. Pours really dark copper. Aroma is really mild, almost no head. Flavor is smooth, caramel malt. Nothing that stands out.

Draft. Golden amber beer with a cream colored head. Spice and malt aroma. Malt and spice flavor with earth. Medium bodied. Spice and malt lingers with light yeast and light earth. Nice - more spice phenolic with just a few esters.

On draft at Beer Revolution. It pours a very clear golden color with a decent white head. The aroma is very floral and soapy with some clove. The flavor is dry and floral with a bit of clove and nice subdued bitterness in the finish. Very dry and drinkable for the ABV. Well done.

A fairly average saison. Not much smell, and pours a flat light brown. A definite peach taste. Too fruity for a saison. Not bad, but not very good either. Had on tap at Marin Brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

10oz goblet at the brewpub pours a totally clear, bright gold with one ring of white head. Big herbal nose, lavendar, coriander, white pepper, tropical fruit, bananas, yeast. Flavor is really solid, peppery, herbal, tropical fruits, spices, some light citrus, star fruit, oranges. Nice, dry finish. Easy drinker.
