Unclear medium amber orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel wheat, vintage, moderate hoppy, orange, cherry notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light.

UPDATED: APR 20, 2006 <i<Bottled. Cloudy golden. Grassy, spicy nose. Very sweet with notes of toffee and vodka-like burning alcohol. Evident wheat malt character and a pleasantly soft moutfheel. Salty finish. A strange but intriguing beer.

Bomber poured a clear orange with a small lasting offwhite head. Aromas of fruitiness, wheat, light carmel, sherry and white pepper. Palate was medium bodied smooth and lightly warming. Flavors of apricot, peach, light carmel and white pepper with a smooth warming lightly sweet finish.
