From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with an almost fully gone head. Light phenolic and yeasty spiced aroma. Mild fruity and slight caramelish flavoured. Light sweetness coming through. Fruity and yeasty finish. Ungstrup (38595) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 14, 2009
Draft at the brewpub. A dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as some yeast. The flavor is quite sweet with notes of caramel, metal from the alcohol, malt, and yeast, leading to a dry alcoholic yet sweet finish. joergen (29378) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 19, 2007

Cloudy amber coloured with a white head.
Spicy aroma of fruits, sulphur and yeast.
Flavour of fruits, yeast and spices with notes of alcohol.
(Bottle 65 cl) Pours a slightly hazy, deep golden with a creamy, off-white head. Very fruity nose with a whiff of yeast. Quite full-bodied, very smooth mouthfeel, sweetish and fruity notes and plenty of malt - again with a whiff of yeast. The finish is sweet. Lovely - and I don’t really understand the low ratings on this one. Leighton (22555) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 12, 2010
Bottle at the Funky 6. Pours rich gold with a medium, off-white head. Plenty of fruits, yeast and caramel in the nose. Flavor is quite sweet, malty, with some tropical fruits and light yeast. Medium bodied, smooth, with average carbonation. Sweet finish with more caramel. Very good.

Clear golden with a decent off white head.
Nose is caramel, sweet malt, trace of lemon, dark fruit rinds.
Taste comprises Belgian yeast esters, straw, caramel, sweet licks.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, light warming boost in the close.
Ok for style ... The sweetometer doesn’t go to mental !
22 oz. bottle, pours somewhat hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, sweet green apples and some slight spices. Flavour reveals much more of this spiciness, with yeast and apples being the secondary flavours. The spiciness lingers as well as some alcohol. Quite good. brokensail (16678) - Dublin, California, USA - MAR 28, 2013
Clear amber pour with a tall white head. Really nice pear and banana aroma. Some clove and coriander spice, a hint of pepper, and some alcohol. Nice sweet sugar and caramel, too. The flavor is quite sweet and fruity. Big pear, apple, and banana. Some coriander, light pepper, and sweet sugar. Mild alcohol on the finish. Kind of thin bodied. bhensonb (15852) - Woodland, California, USA - APR 24, 2006
Great tawny color. An aroma of mysterious spice. Apricot in mid-taste. Sugar candy in the beginning, followed by a generous amount of hop. Finish hints of tropical fruit. The finish is somewhat astringent. Just excellent. Ratman197 (15462) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUL 9, 2007
Bomber poured a cloudy orange with a minimal lingering amber head. Aromas of carmel, fruitiness and light spice. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel malt, oranges, spice and a hint of apricot with a smooth semisweet finish.
