This comment pertains to the Socialist era attitude the staff has concerning "customer service". In this context it means non-existent. My beer was bad, with traces of ammonia and/or other cleaning agents. I rarely complain but this time I did. The waiter wouldn’t listen and offered that the taste was because the beer was "warm", which was the only thing the was not. I was allowed to pay for garbage beer which I consider very bad form. Caveat emptor!
