Aroma is mainly used with a bit of fruit. Flavor is equal amounts of Carbonic Tang East and fruit with a bit of malt. Good body. Decent enough finish but not one that Id want to go back to very much. Probably one good to cook with.

Glass at the festival, pours hazy golden with large head. Notes of sourness and nice Apple fruit. Maybe this is a new batch or it just needed extra time cause it wasnt as awful as the previous reviews.

Draft at Edmunds Oast. Clear, yellow pour with a fizzy white head. Soapy, white wine and citrusy aroma. Flavor is similar, cirtusy, sweet Chardonnay, weird chemical compounds. I dont know what this is.

Ungstrup (36537) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2013
Bottled at 7.5% ABV. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of eggs, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of eggs, over ripe fruits, and malt, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Very odd.
