Dark brown, with a thin, fizzy, diminishing tan head. Very cola like appearance. Faint caramel and alcohol bitter aroma. Mild and mellow but unpleasant tobacco and alcohol flavours. Thin and light bodied. bublik (2) - CANADA - FEB 7, 2003 does not count

Well balanced, clean finish, great for an afternoon at the BBQ. Also available in 64oz jugs for immediate consumption. Harlock99 (24) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - AUG 9, 2001
I laugh when I see idiots at the local bars and pubs drink this because they think it’s ’fancy’.
It’s actually(for me)the best beer this company makes. Well balanced cream ale with a dark tint to it. Very nice smell too. rugbyboy99 (15) - CANADA - AUG 3, 2001
Looks are deceiving! In this case they are masking the lack of taste and the sweaty sock smell! albert007 (415) - Penobsquis, New Brunswick, CANADA - FEB 22, 2001
UPDATED: FEB 16, 2007 Not a bad tasting brew. It’s a real pretty looking beer as well. Goes down smooth. Oakes (17676) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 28, 2000
UPDATED: SEP 3, 2003 Has that almost smokey dark caramel note. Medium amber colour. Mostly caramel throughout, however. Useless beer.
