Serving: from tap at Tawon Thai. Aroma: lightly citrusy. Appearance: small, creamy, white, initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Hazy, light yellow body. Taste: citrusy initial flavor and moderately sour, citrusy finish with average duration. Palate: light-to-medium body, watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall: excellent summertime beer. Thirst quenching with an interesting taste.

On tap in Seattle. Good pale gold color, minimal head, Saaz in the nose and palate. It’s a pilsner, so there isn’t too much earth-shattering going on here, but it is very drinkable.

clear medium gold body, white head. bit syrupy nose and flavor. malt is husky, grainy, soggy. hops are a bit too green which gives it a mossy, da k quality. low acid leaves the medium-thick body feeling flabby.

Clear pale golden colour with small white head. Malty body with fruity hops in aroma. Grainy malty flavour with nots of bitterish hops. Decent.

Tap at Ivar’s Acres of Clams. Pours dark gold with a creamy white head. Light grassy aroma. Medium body; average carbonation. Flavor is lightly bready pale malt with a decent grassy bitterness. Clean and refreshing. A lemony touch in the finish? Nice lingering bitter.

A little bit dry aroma. I liked the lager much more than this one. I was getting some butter really.
