Amber orange appearance with a Teutonic aroma - maltiness that you expect from a dark Münchner lager or Märzen. The brew is not too heavy and very drinkable. The hoppy aroma is in the background and instead it really malty. It is somewhat loyal interpretation of this German style. I dig it! philbertk (1873) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 20, 2010
Maritime Pacific Brewing Company--Windfest Oktoberfest Beer--1999 22 oz. Bottle Release. 5.50% ABV. (4.0 / 5.0) Oktoberfest--Clear bright auburn golden color. Smooth with nice light lace. Crisp malty Oktoberfest light fruit flavor. Minor hop accents. Dry sweetness in malt leads to crisp finish with lingering flavors. Sampled 10/3/1999. glkaiser (1214) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 23, 2007
Brilliant copper with big head. Light sweet malt. A little wheat? Hops bring a bitter finish. Just a bit of alcohol burn. Pretty tasty. BuckeyeBoy (7975) - Boise, Idaho, USA - OCT 6, 2007

Aroma – rich flavored Oktoberfest Lager aroma
Appearance – Amber in color, clear and a nice head
Flavor – Rich malty flavors with some good spices and hops
Palate – Sweet with a dry finish this was a very nice brew.
Overall –Liked the beer it was crisp and flavorful and not overly heavy for a lager.
Amber orange, thick white head. Aroma is bready malt, earth and grassy hops. Starts out sweeter than I was expecting, bready, has some nuttiness, earth, grass, mild spice. Crisp and fairly complex, easy to drink. Not amazing, but a very respectable Oktoberfest offering. riversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - OCT 11, 2010
Nutty, toasty, bready, grassy and sweet on the nose. Pours golden amber, not much head or lace. The flavor is a little sweeter than expected with notes of nuts, toast, bread, and grass. Lightly bitter finish. Nice local offering. Crit (4024) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 9, 2002

Draft at ncbc. Pours a crystal clear pale amber with a loose white head. Mild brown bread and nuts on the nose. Watery medium body with light carb. Mildly nutty mid palate with soft bread notes. Clean finish. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - NOV 13, 2013
Draught @ Brouwer’s Café:   Fiery golden, a little copper hue, assertive carbonation, thin frothy white head, sparce lacing.   Malty start, slightly bready, a touch nutty, but turns a bit mealy and cereal like at the finish.   Soft toasted malt aroma, pale breadiness.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Very moderate example of the style, not as clean as I would have liked with the finish being very mealy or cereal like.   Otherwise, looks great, starts out great, but gets too mealy/cereal like halfway through.
