3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not sure the term "explode" should be used for this brew’s flavor, but it is a fair APA. Of the 8 beers I tried here this was one of the better ones. Has a nice light orange color with a standard pine flavor -- but nothing too great, unfortunately.
Can, Giant Eagle in Upper Arlington: deep orange gold, medium white, spotty stick. aroma is malty, citrus fruity. tastes are toasty, herbal, pine. nice clean creamy and lively palate. long light bitter finish. Dogbrick (14515) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 19, 2018
Slightly hazy amber-orange color with a medium thick off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of dank hops, fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of herbal hops, citrus and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall. Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a large foamy off white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was sweet, tangy and fruity with a bit or orange. The flavor was vitter and dryish with fruity hops, orange and a touch of pine. Long finish. Medium body. Ok. JaBier (8570) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - FEB 18, 2016
Sample at Market Garden on 2/9/16. Clear amber pour with a thick white head. Nose consists of malt, fruit and fruity hop. Malty and caramelly flavor with a crisp and fruity hop finish.
