Tap. Pours clear golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, Citra indeed, tropical with dank and piney melon. Flavors is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, tropical. Medium body. Good. BeerdedDave (2086) - Beckley, USA - AUG 15, 2017
clear, deep amber color; hoppy aroma;lots of pine notes; bitter, piney hop flavor (I expected more citrus based on the name); medium bodied, bready malt base JStax (7453) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - AUG 11, 2017
Draft sample. The beer is a clear gold with a white head of foam. Aroma has dry pine notes and orange rind. Bitter and a little floral taste. Medium body and medium carbonation. cheap (6292) - CHINA - MAY 14, 2017
Bottle as pictured pours a thicker looking viscous liquid with a hop plant resinous odor. Slight hazy look of hefe. Tase is big thick monstrous citrus bite, alien to any citrus I know. Yes, quite large & incharge with its capacity to get in yer face. Surprisingly has a decent co2 that mo st big ipas lack. If you like IPA, go for it and ignore my numbers, terribly onstyle; big bold balderdash. Piss off. A pretty tuff in yer face hoppy beer, lust like the picture on the label, heheh.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 4/19/2017. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden orange/amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with insane retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, papaya, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, pine, honey, light caramel, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, papaya, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, pine, honey, light caramel, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus peel/grassy/spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, papaya, lemon/orange peel, pepper, pine, honey, to9asted bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from lingering bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol for 6.7%. Overall this is an amazing IPA! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and pretty refreshing to drink with the smooth bitter finish. Very bright, juicy, and dank hops; nice malt backbone with minimal residual sweetness. A highly enjoyable and delicious offering. Panzuriel (2476) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - APR 15, 2017
Appearance: medium amber. Slightly hazy. Finger of off white foam
Nose: Citrus hops with a bit of honey sweetness.
Taste: citrus hops again at the fore. Moderate honey sweetness. Somewhat faintly flavored.
Body: medium to thinner. Active carbonation.
Parting thoughts: the impression of a watered down beer is hard to shake. The flavors are good, they are just too faint for my liking.

Maybe I received the last bottles from a batch-bottling, but holy floaties! Can’t get past the amount of crap floating in my glass. Thought it was average (minus the kids swimming in the pool). I will give it one more chance, since most people don’t mention this looking like gazpacho. mmXMaxwell (2) - - FEB 22, 2017 does not count
This is a brew that you’re glad to drink. It is a refreshing pop of craft brewed IPA. The aroma is fresh and clean. The look is a middle gold with a nice pouring head. The taste is very complex with the bittering of the Citra hop, not over the top. It has a nice finish and mouth feel. It has a taste that makes you want more. Leave it up to yet another Ohio brewery to get this one right again. djd07 (16512) - Houston, Texas, USA - FEB 12, 2017
Bottle as shown thanks to Andrew. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is pine, dank, resin, grapefruit pith. Medium body, grapefruit, lemon zest, pine, dank, resin finish, very good.
