On nitro tap at MG. Dark brown with creamy beige head. Malty fruity silken nose is faint, in-mouth not much better, mild indeterminate fruit and chocolate-ash, watery light body with a touch of stale and musty basement wood. Not bad, but needs to stand against food to work at all. [2016.07.25: 2.6] vipinvelp (4368) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - OCT 9, 2015
Draft at MGB. Black, slow settling light brown creamy lasting, lacing foam head. Small aroma, some coffee. Smooth drinking beer. Not too outspoken in taste, just a good beer. (Cleveland 201510) tia (2131) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - SEP 11, 2015

On nitro... Watery milk chocolate and a touch of roast. Smooth from the nitro, but not much else to it. Just okay.

Nitro tap 4oz sample at Nano Brew. Black with light brown head. Coffee bean aroma. Very light on the palate, almost watery. Sweet taste. Enjoyed it. Dogbrick (12912) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 14, 2013
Sample at the brewpub. Brownish-black pour with a medium tan head that recedes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Light-bodied with a roasty character and flavors of malt, coffee and subtle hops. The finish is mildly bitter with a dry coffee aftertaste. Decent overall. Nitro at the brewpub in Cleveland, OH. Clear dark ruby. Good nitro pillow retention. Good lace. Muted nose with weak hazelnut. Richer taste with thinner, aerated mouthfeel. Mild metallic twang in the finish. Drinkable Guinness clone. BVery (10297) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - FEB 17, 2013
Nitro tap at the brewpub. Very dark pour with a big foamy nitro head. Dry roast nose and taste. A little dry on the finish. Not heavy at all.
