Appearance: Cloudy pale yellow color with a big white head that leaves an ok lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, yeast, citrus and coriander.
Palate: Medium + body. Moderate sweet and a fine bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Fresh balanced wheat, mild citrus, mild coriander and some unusual fruity notes.
Overall impression: A really nice and tasty with. A bit unusual.
Personal stats: Bottle from Iceland Supermarket in Douglas, Isle of Man.
Aroma of flowers, orange and wheat. It looked cloudy yellow with a thin white head and had lacing on the glass. Tasted orangey with a hint of spice and it was fairly smooth. Mr_Pink_152 (5012) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JAN 2, 2015

500ml bottle drunk on a train. Straight after popping you can smell the familiar orange / coriander Huyghe aroma. Not as strong as Delirium at 4.5% but still packed with a fair amount of taste. The orange peel here is kind of tangy and really lingers on the tongue but still, compared to the beer M&S used to put out this is impressive. spacecube (1723) - Leeds, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 29, 2014
500ml bottle from M&S, pours hazy golden orange with a foamy white head. It has solid belgian wit flavours of sweet malt, corainder and orange peel. Finish is crisp, carbonation lively. Decent wit, very solid. GoufCustom (2006) - HONG KONG - MAR 14, 2016
330ml bottle bought at M&S in Langham Place, Mong Kok.
Cloudy, hazy light straw golden colour with misty yeast particles; One and a quarter finger head with white foam which lasts for 2 minutes; Excellent sticky lacing with active small carbonation; Fragrant aroma of light malt, with strong wheat, tartness, banana, strong coriander, orange peels, light floral, light sugar, spices, yeast, light lemon and thin grass; Close to light sweet and strong tart taste of light malt, with strong wheat, light banana, fair orange peels, coriander, molasses notes, strong spices, earth, strong yeast, moderate lemon, very light bitter hops and thin grass;
Mid to light body. Dry, crisp and slick palate. Mouth Feel is fair light malty base with strong wheatyness and tartness which balanced the sweetness well. Very slick. Good spice, coriander and light orange peels abound. Yeasty , earthy but not so estery. Light lemon to round. Good!... Hoppiness is light floral, spices, light lemon and thin grass in nose, and stronger with earth in taste; Bitterness is low for an abrupt, very low astringent wheaty spicy finish; Quite dry after taste. Spicy and low bitter to mouth.
Comments: This is an on-standard Belgian White with strong wheaty tartness, good banana aroma, a big dose of coriander and spice to taste. Very solid and almost outstanding, a very easy and enjoyable Wit indeed. Recommended!
