Bottled, 500ml from Marks & Spencers in Banbury, Oxon. Gold with white head. There is a soft carbonation to this but not intrusive to the flavour. There is a light citrus character to this, quite crisp, fruity, refreshing with a zesty edge. Pretty decent. downender (8584) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 10, 2016
Bottle. Pale and clear gold, with next to no head but plenty of fizz. Light, citrus fruit, with some hay and leafy hops. Flavour had some lemon sharpness, crisp malts, a vaguely peppery kick leading to a lingering, bitter, finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Golden and clear with some carbonation that result in a quite a sharp tast. Not really bad but not one that springs to mind when looking at the M and S range allmyvinyl (10480) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 16, 2016
500ml bottle from M&S, the gyle, Edinburgh. Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of butterscotch and corn. Light sulphur. Taste is just as bad. Grim finish. Possibly the worst beer Iíve bought from marksís. Possibly one of the worst things Iíve ever put in my mouth, and I was a catholic choirboy. fonefan (48579) - VestJylland, DENMARK - FEB 28, 2016

[ As Marks & Spencer Cambridgeshire Golden Ale ].
Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie - biscuit malt, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, biscuit malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
Bottle. Pours clear, very light golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is grassy hops with zesty citrusy notes, as well as malts with cereals, toffee and notes of honey. Light body, with average carbonation. Flavour is crisp, bitter hops, with citrusy notes, as well as some light roasted malts with cereals. Lingering bitter finish. Nothing exceptional, but still surprisingly tasty and quaffable considering itís a supermarket brand. Nice golden beer. The_Tippler (1) - Lancashire, Lancashire, ENGLAND - JAN 2, 2016 does not count
Big Oakham fan, Inferno and Citra. This one is a grower - quite understated but is very moreish. Golden Ale is not my favourite style, but this one is really growing on me. Very accessable but also satifying
