Swaroga (2223) - Warszawa, POLAND - OCT 1, 2015
Brown in color with a small beige head. It has a distinctive caramel and toffi aroma. It does smell like a coffee candy. Watery body and it has a very delicate carbonation. It tastes like coffee. Good burned grain taste. The finish is coffee like. Overall narrow and straight forward. Poor complexity but intensively enough coffee like to be amused. Pretty black, small tight head. Very nice estery stout aroma, pleasant dry dark roast, touch of chocolate, even some zing that reminds me of ginger. Less exciting in the mouth, but still a pretty solid quaffable dry stout. Just a nice clean roast, burnt but not astringent. Hint of chocolate, but nowhere near the excitement of the aroma. Finish a bit burnt but brief.
Piana drobna, beżowa. Ładnie koronkuje.
W aromacie z butelki wyraźna kwaskowa nuta.
Wyraźne palone aromaty. Lekko ziemiste. Gorzka czekolada.
Trochę słodkich nut w zapachu, jakby laktoza.
W smaku kwaskowe, lekko palone.
Piwo lekkie, ale nie wodniste.
Pozostawia lekki kwaskowaty posmak.
Przyjemne lekkie, angielskie.
Trochę za wysokie wysycenie.

The beer has a typical stout aroma. The beer is almost black at the naked eye, dark ruby red with a light behind it. The thick layer of foam is rough and has a dark almond color. The foam disapears quickly. A stout isn’t a ’foam-beer’. The smell is amazing. The sweet smell of the delicious roasted barley arises you. It is accompanied by coffe and dark chocolate tones. The aroma is near perfect. The taste has a bitter roast taste. The bitternes slightly out balances the sweetness. There is also a little citrusy sweet taste of hops, although this taste isn’t that strong. The finish is mostly that good roasted taste, which stays with you for quite some time. The palate is nice. The fine gas bubbles tingle the tongue, but aren’t to rough. Nice. jackafholmes (1021) - - FEB 24, 2015
Bottle m&s. Black with short lived head. Aroma of ash and smoke. Taste is dry ashy and bitter. Quite thin and a bit too fizzy. Ok beer.
