500ml bottle from M&S. Pale gold, disappearing white head. Looks fairly well carbonated. Slight commercial cider aroma, it’s a medium dry cider with a bit of woodiness in theR some tannin and tartness from the apple fruit. It’s fairly drinkable and for a 6.6% drink it’s quite inviting. I wouldn’t mind giving this to someone, but still a fair step away from some of the smaller producers and the more tannic acidic ciders. Halfway between commercial and small independent. cellar (508) - Dublin, IRELAND - JUL 27, 2008
