September 2016. Dusty pale yellow with a slender white mousse. Aroma of peachy US, slightly vomit-dribbled iced tea and conifer. Decent soapy peach and pine notes; orange Smartie, hint of sick, lemon and honey throat sweets. Good, but...a bit washy and peachy. Maybe Simcoe just isn't my top hop.

Bottle. Golden color. Lime, a hint of tropical fruit and tea in the aroma and flavor. Malty yet dry. Thinnish. Earthy grassy hops. Pleasant ale. thmsboyd (224) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - JUL 24, 2017
500mL bottle BBE: 03.17. Lightly chilled (approx. 16 degrees). Tulip Glass. Pours a lightly cloudy, rich golden body with quickly-receding, medium, soft off-white head. Medium intensity aromas of tart lemon and cream, zesty citrus and fresh-baked, doughy bread. To taste, a light berry sweetness is cut with a soft citric acidity and gentle bitterness. Medium-bodied with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is medium-low and the finish of bitter orange. Overall this is easy-drinking and very well-balanced to taste. This is pretty effective and enjoyable as a single hop showcase, especially considering it’s so far past its expiration date. Maakun (6939) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUL 11, 2017
Bottle shared at home. Almost clear golden with lasting white head. Lots of nice medium dry malts, bread crust, soft grass, old hops, peach, fresh plums. Not very fruity but some nice malts, especially for the abv. Light sweet and bitter and medium bodied. ManVsBeer (11473) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 10, 2017
Bottle from Marks & Spencer, Halifax. Golden with a thin head. Has a light pale ale texture, fairly hoppy, some malts, it’s not high on flavour but does have a good palatability. Davros IX (611) - Hertford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 4, 2017
2016 catch up - This was one of the better efforts from M&S. The hops were there, but I was craving more of them. A nice pint to have with burger and chips at home and one that I would consider buying again.
