How interesting; very flagrant, almost seems Thai in design (funny enough the label says to pair with Thai food). A nice and spicy, perfumed saison. A bit odd, but a decent brew.

Nice little flavorsome number with a few nutty notes here and there. I like a bit more funk in my Saisons but decent

UPDATED: JUL 15, 2017 Bottle. Clear yellow, low, not too pretty or stable, white head, some lacing. Aroma grassy, white wine, kerosene, lychee, lime, lemon zest. Taste full, smooth, thick, not sweet. Carbonation medium. Bitterness medium, rather short, grassy and a bit stalky. Aftertaste kerosene, lemon zest, white wine, grassy, spices, peppery. A good saison if a little dominated by the hops.

Bottle from Marks & Spencer, Manchester. Yellow-blonde with a thick bubbly-frothy head. Crisp and hoppy, it has a fruity sugary-sweetness with a bitterness in its finish. Lemon is best in its nose, but is in its taste too. The spices were found but are extremely light.

Bottle.Golden with a small head.Spicy aroma upon opening which is reflected in spicy slightly hoppy flavour.Medium body and so easy to drink. An example to other shopping giants on how to produce and market an excellent beer.

WaddlingPlatypus (186) - Durham, ENGLAND - MAR 9, 2017
330ml bottle. Pale gold with a thin white head. Floral and sharp pickled lemon citrus aroma. Flavours of coriander, wholemeal bread, rosemary, and sage.

jasonbenali (244) - Kent, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2017
Pours a pale yellow with thin white head, good lacing and medium to high carbonation.

Aroma is heavy lemon, cloves, banana, lychee and herbal. Taste is sweet with a lingering bitter finish. A touch thin, but in line with the style and ABV.

Interesting pairing of the dominant Sorachi hop with equally strong saison flavours.

Antzrhere (181) - Blackpool, Lancashire, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 25, 2017 Pours crystal yellow. Taste is very distinct -strong lemon, peppermint, earthy hop flavour and spicy yeast esters. Thin body, but to style. Medium-high carbonation. Grainy malt. Very refreshing
