COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Adnams Brewery has produced its fine beers on the coast of Southwold since 1872. This Summer beer, created by Master Brewer Fergus Fitzgerald, is made using American hops from Washington’s Eastern Seaboard. These hops are famed for their remarkably mellow and un-bitter taste when fermented.

Pours a clear bolden yellow from a 500ml bottle. The smell is light grain, citrus, floral and grassy. The taste is light toasted grain, mild citrus and floral while ending slightly dry and with a lingering grassy note. The beer is light with nice, fine carbonation.

Bottle, from Marks & Spencer. Gold, thin but lasting white head and low condition. Slight fruitiness and a hint of sticky malt in the nose, full bodied in the mouth with fruity malt and a delicate flowery hop note, finish brief with a chalky bitterness and some fruitiness.
