I really liked this beer, brewed at Hambleton Ales, really good for a supermarket own label. bersek (108) - Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2013
Pivo doporučené ke všem hospodským pokrmům. Mě osobně přijde jako klasické pivo svého druhu. Ničím extra neohromí a ničím extra neurazí. sic1314 (4773) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - OCT 27, 2013
Poured medium amber with a huge, frothy off white head. Aroma of soft floral hops and caramel malt. Medium body, flavour of sweet malt, nuts, light dark chocolate, bitter sweet finish. Simple but effective. Philym (1003) - St Neots, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2014
Appearance: Clear amber/copper with finger thick beige head.
Aroma: Light caramel, mineral, raisin note, malty and nutty.
Taste: Low/medium sweetness and sourness with low bitterness.
Palate: Thin slightly coarse texture, light body, average carbonation, lingering dry bitter, nutty, peppery finish after the initial dried fruit, caramel sweetness.
Comments: Very tasty. Leighton (22812) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 13, 2015
Bottle at home in London - picked up at the M&S on Oxford Street. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds bready malts, slight toffee, leaves. Light sweet flavor with simple, lightly toasted malts, further toffee, faint berries, orange rind, dirt. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with some leafy hops, toasted grains and toffee, more brown bread. Not bad.

500ml bottle. Classic amber bitter. Not too sweet, not too bitter. Slightly thin on flavour. Good session bitter. johndoughty (5600) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 3, 2014
Bottle. Bronze with a small head. Malty at first but flavour soon disappears. Reasonable but run of the mill bitter. berkshirejohn (6767) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - NOV 30, 2011
50cl bottle. Golden amber with a billowing cream head; caramel aroma; toffee flavoured with some sharply bitter hops jumping in straightaway, leaving a crisp finish. Not bad.
