on tap at the brewpub in Bloomsburg - dark golden color. Not much aroma. Very good flavor for a pilsner. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 14, 2014
Tap. Pours a clear dark gold under a small fizzy white head that faded to a wispy film. The nose is bready and doughy malt with minimal to no hops, smells a bit bland. The flavor is pretty in line with that assessment as well. There’s a slightly clingy and doughy maltiness that dominates over the minimal hopping, save for a very light bitterness late in the finish. This just isn’t crisp or sharp like I want from a pilsener. Certainly lacking in hops. Light bodied, a little clingy, soft fizzy carbonation. Below average for the style. sonnycheeba (5988) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - FEB 2, 2012
Draft. Pours clear yellow/gold with thin white head; short retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is sweet, bread malt, straw, and light fruit. Flavor is heavy cracker malt, light earthy hops, and light fruit esters; crisp, dry finish. Light body, high carbonation, and low warmth.
