On draft at the pub: Amber yellow with minimal head that left a ring of lacing. A little malty fruity aroma. Flavor was good; it just needed more of it and a bit more body. Nice spicey hop finish.
Draft at the source. Clear yellow color, scant head. Herbal aroma. Buttery taste, slick oily mouthfeel. raymow (1803) - Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 25, 2015

Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a medium white head. Aroma has light straw, grain, and grass. Flavor follows suit and adds a hint of lemony citrus. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with a grassy/leafy finish. Decent but not as crisp and grassy/hoppy as I prefer my kolsch. unclemike (3177) - Junction City Kansas, Kansas, USA - MAR 25, 2013
Porus golden with a tan ring. Nose is sweet and slightly hopped. taste is sweet and light and drinkable, but not great. jcwattsrugger (12549) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - DEC 1, 2012

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a yellow-gold color with a trace white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was dryish, nutty and bready with a hint of banana peel. The flavor was dryish, bready and nutty with a hint of banana peel. The finish was bitter and bready. Medium body. Disappointing.
