COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zingy, smooth and always exceptional. Marstonís EPA is a light blonde ale with subtle citrus flavours and a delicate aftertaste. Now thatís refreshingly different.

Bbf 31 Dec 2016. In Ikeaís pint glass. Playing Blackwell Epiphany. Very refreshing and sessionable, with pleasant lemony notes and a good feeling for such a low ABV.

Bottle. Clear golden. Soft lemongrass and a bit papery on the nose. Very thin almost lager like. Inoffensive. Just donít know why youíd go to the trouble of bottling this kind of beer?

Bottle in multi pack from Waitrose. Aroma plasticky with treacle and some astringency. Taste bitter without depth of flavour to back it up. Aftertaste has some caramel and apple but not hugely pleasant.

Rune (11640) - TromsÝ, NORWAY - MAR 21, 2016
500ml bottle from a local store, shared with Finn. Dissipating white head, minimal lacing, bright golden body. Restrained pale malty aroma, distant citric hints. Vague taste profile of lemon and grain. Papery dry ending. Soft carbonated. Thin bodied. Drinkable. rather tasteless though (hotel room, Derby 21.02.2016).
