Botella 0,5L Color marron oscuro-negro.Espuma fina, pero no alta, media resistente, color beige. Aroma cafe, cereales, frutas.

Pours dark black with a brown fading head and good lacing. Looks nice. Aroma has coffee, mint, roasted grain, oats and hint of the oysters. Taste is sweet, cloying, with bitterness in a medium finish with reasonable body for the ABV. Balanced, but not very exciting and too subtle for my taste.

Aspecto decente. Sin cuerpo. Acuosa. Sin olor. Sin sabor. Bebible si no hay otra cosa. Solo si no hay otra cosa.

Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into English pint glass. Appearance: Black colour; creamy brownish head. Aroma: Coffee, chocolate, roasted malt – very nice. Palate: Light body, watery, gentle carbonation. Taste: Chocolate, roasted malt, gentle coffee and cookies; light bitter aftertaste. Overall impression: Very tasty and enjoyable.

Can. An OK stout. Not as rich and full bodied as I had expected. Nice bitter finish. Good with food.

50cl. Tiefdunkel, malzig, fast kein Hopfen. Sehr gelungen!

0.5 l bottle from ’Kiosk Em Veedel’, best before November 2017. Opaque, black with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, light brown head. Faint, sweetish-malty, a bit roasty and slightly grassy aroma of chocolate, coffee, licorice and a touch of grass. Slightly sweetish, malty, moderately roasty and a bit grassy taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice and hints of hazelnut, followed by a short, medium roasty-bitter, rather dry and a bit grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite okay, easily drinkable, not too much flavour though.
