Quite sweety, caramel and honey taste. 500ml is too big for me. Is this real traditionally English pale ale? I wonder edsspoon (900) - Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - AUG 19, 2014

Bottle at Chriso Easter Tasting 2012. pale amber lasting white head. Not at all bad. Lacks a bit of body. But has some hops on finish. Ok mighty_meadow (308) - Kilwinning, SCOTLAND - MAR 15, 2014
Bottle from Home Bargains.
Pours golden with thin head.
Aroma pretty non existent.
Nothing great in way of flavour as you would maybe expect from a 2.8% ale.
Wouldn’t rush to try again but not the worst I have ever tasted and would be a good way to start a long session.

Bottle from Tesco. Pours a light brown colour with a thin white head, plenty of fruit in the aroma, with a malty taste and a dry finish. So far this is the best of the low alchol offerings. Leighton (21239) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 13, 2012
Bottle at home in London. Picked it up at Waitrose. Pours clear, pinkish-red-gold with a faint, white foam head and plenty of effervescence. Light malt nose, faint toast and sugar. Light to medium sweet flavor, some caramel, bread, faint fruits (berries). Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet, lightly sugary finish, more lightly toasted malts, light wet earth, and a bit more dull caramel. It’s low alcohol stuff, but it could still be better. fonefan (49293) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUL 10, 2012

Bottle from Tesco Exmouth. Clear yellow, mid-sized head. Malt flavours dominate, with some shy but quite ok hop flavours in the finish. Easy-drinking lightweight. Beesbeer (452) - WALES - MAR 3, 2013
Not stunning but passable. Great straw yellow colour. Gentle hops and malt. clean ending. The kind of thing to drink on a hot sunny day.
