COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular; Bottle conditioned version launched November 2016 as Pedigree Amber Ale
Ingredients: Burton spring water; Maris Otter barley; Fuggles and Goldings hops.
Wolverhampton & Dudleyís flagship brand. A cask-conditioned beer brewed using a unique strain of yeast. The only beer brewed through the Burton Union Systems and then fermented in wood. A fine combination of mineral enriched Burton Water, fruity Fuggles hops married with bitter and spicy Golding hops.
41 million pints sold each year. "Better brewed in wood."

[At KÝbenhavnske ōldage 2005] A hazy orange beer with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet but with notes of diacethyl. The flavor is malty with notes of oranges as well as other fruits, but also some hints of diacethyl.

Cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white cream head. Sweet malt nose, light fruits, white bread. Medium sweet flavor with sugary fruits, peach, citrus. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Decent condition. Sweet finish with some toasty hay, more sweet fruits. Basic but fine. Drinkable stuff.
