Little to comment on. Served out the beer engine with a sparkler, so great mouth feel, but did nothing for the aroma or any hops, if they were present. By no means bad, but neither great or exciting.

Bottle. Color: Amber, frothy off-white head. Taste: Malty, bread, lightly hints of caramel. Some hopbitter notes at the finish. Medium to below medium body and carbonation. Typical smooth British beer, but nothing special...

Bottle, 0.5l. Clear amber pour, minimal white head, minimal lacing. Malty nose, a bit woody. Caramel and grains. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. Thick texture, smooth. Pleasant mouthfeel, slightly sticky. Bittersweet taste, good malty base with subtle hop presence in the aftertaste. Aroma is mostly malty. Caramel, grains. Woody. Herbal and earthy notes. A bit mild overall but very pleasant and nicely balanced. Regular finish with slight bitterness and some peppery notes. Overall, good one. Smooth, refreshing and drinkable.

(Marston’s Pedigree) Bottle 500ml from local Lidl, as Marston’s Pedigree Amber Ale. Served into an english pint glass, ABV 4.5% Amber colour on the body, crystal clear, with a tall and thick white head on top. Aroma of caramel, metallic notes, some straw. Taste begins sweet with caramel and straw, toffee follows, then a nice bitterness on the finish. Thin body, carbonation on the low side. Decent bitter.
