Extremely pale yellow with a coarse frothy head. Light citrussy aroma of bugger-all matched by the flimsy bugger-all flavour.

Well, you can’t knock this one on appearance. A mushroom of white lifts up a good inch from the rim of the glass and holds there, needing a palette knife to remove it. Highly effervescent it dances in the glass; a shimmering yellow gold in colour. Sweaty armpit nose, rather dank and uninviting with a hint of metal shards, cabbage broth and stagnant water. A much cleaner offering flavour-wise. Light, dusty malt mid-palate with a grainy sweetness to the front and a weedy, peppery hop finish. Soapy in mouthfeel but featherweight so no real harm there. Ends crisp and clean with a lasting bitterness on the tongue. Balanced, light and refreshing, but not exactly a characterful number. Not too shabby! (50cL can, BB 05/10/14, Dan Murphy’s Currambine)

KeefOz (1950) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - NOV 27, 2013
BB 5/10/2014. 500ml can. Poured a clear pale yellow colour with a two- to three-finger white foamy head that diminished quickly to become a thin film over the beer surface. Laced OK. Carbonation low with medium to large bubbles. Aroma slightly earthy malt but no hops. Taste of sweet grainy malt followed by a light tingling hops bitterness. Light body. Crisp, sweet with a slightly bitter finish.

Aroma is grass, and of skunky euro hops. Appearance is pale, with minimal froth. Taste is slightly bitter with sour after taste.

Can, pours nice bright yellow, aroma is grassy and hoppy, and it has a nice crisp pils taste, overall nice offering

Fairly generic pils. Slight hint of malt. Very light yellow. Slight head. Nothing to write home about.

Westkyoto77 (640) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUN 7, 2013
Can. Good-looking toffee-coloured body. Slightly skunky hops in the nose also some sourness, bread, and wet cardboard. Bit too much fizz, but on the whole pretty pleasant. Outstanding value. May put it on the emergency list.

Sample from bottle. A crisp lager. Refreshing for hot weather. Taste isn't all that special, some slightly skunky European hops and mild malt. Basically a thirst quencher. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

25CL bottle at home, Clear golden beer with a white head, aroma is strong, can’’t find what it is. Taste really soft, nothing harsh in bitterness or like that, It’’s drinkable, especially for the 40 cent’’s i paid for the bottle.

March 2011. From bottle. Pours golden yellow with a white head. Bready aromas blended with malt and hops. An OK beer if it’s cold, but nothing special.
