Light golden colour, white head. Aroma of grass, hay and grains. Flavour light bitter, light malty, quite sweet. Short bitter finish. Light and refreshing, not a lot of flavour.

Can. Grass aromas -- actually more like mouldering lawn cuttings, leaves. Clear gold straw, almost no head. Flavors: more grass, with a tiny bit of sweetness, and just barely detectable bitter notes in final. Very thin. Cheap ingredients for export? no2Pencil (58) - ESTONIA - MAR 23, 2012
30cl bottle. Golden color with small, white head. The aroma is grassy and taste is malt. Not the pest pilsner. AWS9 (703) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 19, 2012
Can. Mild hops, grain, cereal, somewhat skunky. Decently bitter finish. Doesn’t really accomplish much, but is right up there with the rest of the macro Euro lagers. Lagerboy (2206) - British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 15, 2012
500 ml can Martens Pilsener 5% ABV
Clear lager yellow, receding white head. Yeasty, citrus aroma. Sweet grainy malt taste, slightly sour, skunky and metallic. Oily texture, average carbonation, low hopped. Dry bitter finish. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

Can shared by shigadeyo. Pours a clear light golden color with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy, corn, grassy; actually not much going on. The flavor is grainy, corn, some metallic notes. This serves as a tick, not much more. Viper666 (3287) - Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 2, 2012
Canette 500ml. Tmoney99 (14479) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 29, 2011

M - Medium body with a thin smooth texture and soft carbonation. T- Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft brew.

16.9oz can poured into a pint glass.
Pours a slightly hazy medium gold with a thin fizzy head typical of these types of beers.
Smells of sweet grain with a slightly grassy aroma.
The taste is very grainy up front albeit a bit sweeter than many other Euro lagers. This is followed by a wet grass flavor that isn’t really appealing but not off-putting either. A light bitterness pervades throughout.
Overall this is just an ok beer. It is not as crisp as I would have liked and there are many better options out there for this style. Can’t really see myself getting this again.

Pale straw colour with a thin white head. The nose is grassy and grainy. Fairly light and thin with just a bit of fishy character. Dirty with a thin palate. Green apple, DMS and metallic flavour as well. God damn - this stuff is horrid; particularly as it warms up.
