COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Completely unrelated to Harry Potter, this ESB is named for its use of Magnum as a bittering hop and Fuggles for flavor and aroma. Biscuit and Crystal malts lend body and texture, holding the hops in check just enough to keep everything in line.

Cask Conditioned - Deep amber hue with creamy head and very good lace. The aroma hints of caramel, toffee, slight mocha, aromatic floral hops, mild apricot, and dusty yeast esters. The taste has a nice easy bitterness that runs throughout entire glass. Undertones of sweet malts, grapefruit, and apricot. Minor chalky taste and feel. Served at near room temp and is smooth and creamy. Very traditional, really well done and quite yummy.
