On tap at Martha’s Exchange. Pours light gold with two finger white head. Pine, floral, lemon, caramel, biscuit. Moderately bitter. Smooth, moderate body - kind of flat actually.
Had on tap at the source. $5.25 for the full pint. Pours a skin-tinted murky dark orange with which an off-cornsilk head barely even a fingernail in length stood. Aromas of celery salt, Munich/Vienna, spent grains, bay laurel, LME, and musky aged hops (similar if a portion of the hops had been matured in 90°F for 2 weeks: a-humulene was indeed present).
YEAH. YEAH. YEAH. MEOW. MEOW. MEOW. YEAH. YEAH. DOOD. LIKE, OMG.
Tastes the same with the addition autumnal leaves, seaweed, regurgitated straw, Bible paper, sweat, and white tea. Maltier than I was expecting, or frankly, wanted. Just a pinch salty. Travlr (24913) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 21, 2013
Draft at the source. Hazy yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of floral fruit. Taste is tasty bitter fruit. BeerandBlues2 (13354) - Escondido, California, USA - JUN 21, 2013
Tap. Pours lightly hazy orange with a large, creamy off-white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is biscuit and meal malt, pine and resin hops. Flavor is heavy hops and bitterness with supporting malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. AirForceHops (7244) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Draft @ Martha’s. Completely clear gold with lasting white head in the English Pint glass. Lots of retention. Nose is floral hops and citrus. Flavors of pine hops, caramel malt and a slightly lingering bitterness. Low carbonation giving a nearly flat like feeling. Oily texture with a lightly Earthy finish. Overall this is a well-made IPA. johnnnniee (4312) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - FEB 2, 2013
Comes to the table a mostly clear medium golden color with with a stingy off white head that becomes wisps of foam in short order. Smells of citrus and pine with hints of lemon and dish soap. Light bready and caramel malts come in to provide a hint of balance and sweetness. The flavor is caramel malty sweet with enough earthy and citrus hop flavor to keep it from cloying. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick resinous mouthfeel. Decent IPA, a bit soapy at times, but I found no trouble getting to the bottom of the glass.
