COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tart pie cherries were used in the brew tank and added to the finished beer. Belgian White yeast was used to ferment the beer. The cherries come through in the aroma along with other fruity esters and a dry finish. Less sweet and more drinkable than your average fruit beer.

Clear golden pour. Tart and fruity aroma of cherries. The flavor has tart cherries with a bitterness that doesn’t fit much. The body is light with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation.
