On tap at Martha’s. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a 2 finger white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast and grassy hops. Light to moderate palate. Enough Belgian yeast used to give it that distinct Belgian flavor, yet tempered with rye and malt. Interesting brew. Jblauvs (1358) - Chester, Vermont, USA - JAN 31, 2010
Part of the Sampler at the Brewery,
Toasted malt with sharp grassy hops in the aroma, Really nice depth of malt with a caramel sweetness that is cut well by a sharp, bitter, grassy hopping. Really nice, One of the best of the sampler Sammy (12346) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 16, 2009
Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub with Greg the brewer. 20% rye, a crisp, drying and slightly edgy pale. Light colour that is lacey, with belgian white yeast. Mystery spices in aroma, corriander in the taste.
