I will admit to being a sucker for passion fruit, so keep that in mind, but damn! This thing is dripping it. Totally unexpected too as that part was on the side of the can. Salt really makes fruit pop too, and this really does. Clousy golden orange from the can. Big in aroma flavor and body for a gose. Pungent, a touch sweet, and salty. Really really nice surprise. Reminds me of Creature Comforts. High 4.2-low 4.3. kevinator (2791) - The Colony, Texas, USA - SEP 16, 2017
Interesting and better than the original. Citrus and other fruit aroma. Flavors had hints of grapefruit and other tropical notes. Salty but not overdone. Enjoyed this. BVery (11385) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - AUG 26, 2017
Can shared by Tom - thanks! Cloudy yellow pour with a minor head. Passion fruit and brine. Pretty aggressive. Good. rougeau13 (3228) - Richmond, Texas, USA - JUL 21, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 18, 2017 Can. Very cloudy yellow-amber with a fast receding white head. Aroma heavy with passion fruit and notes of sour wheat and oak. Potent and very tart, juicy, fruity, woody and salty flavor with a distinctly grapefruit-like bitter/tartness. Crisp, very dry and medium bodied. Unique and pretty intense actually. I have somehow completely missed the other versions of this beer but this one is excellent. Crazy juicy with fruity sweet/tart notes. The finish packs quite a wallop. mar (5445) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 10, 2017
Cloudy yellow pour with no head. Nose is passion fruit, lightly tart, more passion fruit and wood. Easy palate, very refreshing up front with the passion fruit, sour kicks in and the fruit takes back over, with wood in the finish. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 26, 2017
Pours a cloudy/milky bright yellow golden color with fizzy white head. Tartness, funk, passion fruit, citrus, and some salt on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with passion fruit and a nice tartness. djd07 (15651) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAY 20, 2017
On tap at Denton County Brewing. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with no head. The aroma is sea salt, wheat, passionfruit. Thin body, strong salt, tart and juicy passionfruit, lacto, nice sourness, enjoyed this.
