Can shared by Tom - thanks! Not really my style, but this is okay. Slightly murky yellow pour. Olive and mild coriander aroma, with bread and mild lemon. Somewhat salty taste.

Can: Hazy yellow with a small off-white head. Grassy, milky-lemon, grain scent. Taste is salty lemon, grain malt. Very nice.....though it starts to grow just a touch too sweet towards the finish.

Can. Sour milk, lemon, salt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Moderate sweet-tart lactic lemon, biscuit malt, light salt and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Decent body. Nice solid gose.

Keg at Flying Saucer, Houston. It pours cloudy yellow with minimal head. The aroma is musty, funk, salted lemon, light cheesy vibe and hay. The taste is crisp, tart, good mouth - pucker, minerals, salted lemon, minerals, lactic tang with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. A really good quality hose. Good balance and refreshing tartness. Quality.

Received in trade, Thanks Hazy deep straw color with a small bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Lemony tart with hints on bread and saltwater. Faint grapefruity flavors. Pretty tasty beer!

Hazy golden coloured body with a thin, super fast-dying pure white head. Aroma of sour grapes, pure lactic and citric acid with some light wheat and grass notes, a hint of yeast and some pure bread as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong wheat and definite salt qualities in this one with a good malt backbone with a lot of effervescence, some subtle herbal elements and a lot of freshness and quite a good bit of sour notes, all with a large and supportive yeast flavour. Aftertaste shows a lot of sour, a ton of salty and a very nice malt backbone that doesnt usually show up in this style. Overall, a very nice gose with more alcohol than usual, but perhaps thats why this one is so good - because it has malt and character instead of bowing out at 4,0% abv, this one hits like a real beer - almost a belgian single or similar in flavour to an unblended fresh gueuze or a faro lambic - nice to sample and definitely worth trying if you can find this! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Specs Liqour in Dallas, Texas on 01-September-2015 for US$2,52 sampled at home in Washington on 09-June-2016.

Can from Whole Foods. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of sour wheat, pineapple, mustiness, and citrus peel. Taste is sort of sharply tart, fruity, and noticeably salty. Light-medium bodied and very crisp. Very solid.
