Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - DEC 15, 2009
It’s hazy, almost unclear dark brown with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has light notes of clove, caramel, yeast and weak banana. The flavor is moderately sweet with notes of clove, caramel and very light banana. It ends quite spicy and with a light bitterness. It’s rather different from most of this style.
