Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke, RBESG Pub Crawl, August 2005. Quite pale yellow colour. A very soft, estery wheat with lots of banana and spicy yeast. There’s just a touch of citrus. The overall impression is a bit sweet for me and I’d prefer a crisper mouthfeel. This felt a bit flabby to me. But there’s plenty of flavour so I shouldn’t be too critical.

Bottled. Hazy light yellow in colour, minimum white head. The aroma is a yeasty and hoppy experience. The flavour, rich carbonation, sweetish with wheat. It has a bitterish aftertaste. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - FEB 23, 2006
Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, big white foamy head. Typical Weissbierish nose, a bit sweeter and more bananaish than some others I’ve had lately. Flavour is sweet bananaish with yeast coming in weakly in finish. Pleasant palate, even though the carbonation bites the tongue a bit unpleasantly. gnoff (10506) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - FEB 5, 2006

Draught at the Rover, Gothenburg, February 5, 2006.
Nice light golden color, bananas in the scent and flavor. Feels like a classic weiss.
Draught, at The Rover (040616).
Pale yellow with a large off-white head, mostly lasting, good lacings. Aroma moderate malty (coriander, citrus, spicy) light hoppy and yeasty. Flavour moderate sweet and light bitter/acidic. Light body, watery, lively carbonateed. A fine hefeweizen.

On Tap. Yellow unclear colour with a impressive white creamy head. Nice aroma of wheat, banana and yeast. Great tasteful wheat beer, with flavour of wheat and fresh fruit. MrWalker (926) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 23, 2005

Very blonde. Looks more Belgian than German to me. Flavourvise it is actually in between the two. Quite sweet, lots of herbs and banana. Slightly thin bod. Refreshing and clean.
Bottle, labeled "Hefe-Weissbier", but I’ll guess it is the same. Good fruity, slightly sweet, aroma. Sweet, grainy flavor with the wheat dominant. Head collapses to a 3 mm compact layer after 3-4 minutes. Standard weissbier carbonation. Overall a very enjoyable weissbier both on bottle and tap. (Bottle 50 cl) Pale golden with a huge head and a heavy carbonation. Very dry and fresh but it lacks the more subtle and refined fruity notes you find in the best Hefes. 230800
